The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the nearby botanical gardens and Olympic Park. I appreciated the spacious and clean room, which was well air-conditioned. However, the restaurant service was disappointing, taking ages to get our orders and the food was average at best. Also, the hallway and rooms had a musty smell that was hard to ignore.

The staff was unhelpful when I requested basic amenities like towels and ice, leaving me feeling completely neglected during my stay.

The breakfast was decent, and I didn’t find it overpriced like at some places. The shower had good water pressure but did have some quirks, like the door opening oddly which was a bit awkward. Parking was convenient and free, which I appreciated. I had some small issues, like the inconsistency in restaurant hours and some trouble with the shower door that could use attention. Overall, just a few minor inconveniences didn’t completely take away from the experience.
